Professor Madduma Bandara, was educated at the University of Peradeniya, Sri Lanka, and the University of Cambridge, England. At Cambridge, he specialized in Fluvial Geomorphology and obtained his Doctoral Degree in 1971. Commencing his academic teaching career at the University of Colombo, he returned to his alma mater after obtaining his PhD from Cambridge and served for over forty years. There he became the Head of the Department of Geography and rose to the rank of Professor on Merit and finally became her Vice-Chancellor (1994-1997) – a position occupied earlier by illustrious academics such as Sir Ivor Jennings, who later became the Vice Chancellor of Cambridge University. On his retirement, he was conferred the title of ‘Emeritus Professor’ by the University Senate.

Sandaruwan is a graduate of Franklin & Marshall College, Pennsylvania, USA, and has 30 years of experience in web design, working with top blue chip brands in Sri Lanka, as well as multinational and international brands and clients. Under his leadership, 3CS has won 152+ web design awards, including gold medals for Best Corporate Website, Best e-Commerce Website, Best Banking & Finance Website, Best Travel & Tourism Website, Best News & Media Website and Best Overall Website.

Buddhika brings a wealth of experience and strategic vision to our leadership team. A proud alumna of Devi Balika, her impressive 26-year career journey includes 21 dedicated years with 3CS, making her an integral part of our success story.
She holds an MBA from Coventry University London. Her responsibilities include overseeing our Finance, Administration, Human Resources, and Business Development functions. Beyond her formal responsibilities, she is a true architect of our progress. Many of 3CS's most impactful growth strategies and innovative directions have been conceptualized and originated directly from her insightful leadership. Her unwavering commitment and visionary approach is a driving force behind our continued success.

Shenali brings a unique blend of technical expertise and operational excellence to the organisation. With a strong academic foundation in Physics and Electronics from the University of Kelaniya, she combines theoretical knowledge with practical problem-solving abilities.
Throughout her career at 3CS, she has brought a systematic approach to process improvement and innovation, contributing towards 3CS's mission of delivering excellence in web design and digital solutions.
B.Sc. MIS (Dublin)
Dimithra holds strong project management expertise and brings strategic leadership to drive successful project delivery. With a diverse educational background from the University College Dublin and NSBM Green University, she combines academic knowledge with practical project execution experience.
With over three years of dedicated service at 3CS, her leadership has been instrumental in overseeing multiple high-impact projects while maintaining alignment with organisational goals.
